How to shoot the videos
Instructions
- Put your phone in horizontal, steady (propped up or on a tripod).
- Forehand, backhand and volley: from behind the baseline, at chest height, with the whole court in frame (panoramic shot).
- Serve: three-quarter side shot, closer (behind and to the side, 3-4 meters from you), so arm and racket stay in frame throughout the motion. 4-6 serves are enough.
- One forehand is enough to start: add backhand, serve or volley if you already have them. 30-60 seconds per clip is enough.
- Content: rallies in motion (not static hitting).
- Format: as it comes from your phone (MP4 or MOV), max ~500 MB per video.
